A 2-hour biopsychosocial-spiritual assessment. This first appointment is all about getting to know you, your life, and what you seek in counseling.
A 60-minute one-on-one therapy session. This is a standard session where you meet with your counselor privately to discuss whatever is going on in your life.
Don't have a full hour? Book a 30-minute session. Typically recommended for last-minute emergency sessions, or when you just need to check in with your therapist.
Sometimes an hour just isn't long enough. This option allows you to extend a session by 30 to 60 minutes.
